Order: I am issuing an order to the effect that I accept the complaint filed by the plaintiff on 29.07.2021 and issue 4 consecutive summons to the plaintiff and the defendant. Despite the notice given to the defendants, they appear on average. According to the plaintiff's oral statement, the plaintiff had married the 1st defendant in 2011 according to Islamic law and was happily married.But at the instigation of the defendant No. 1 to the defendant No. 2 from about 18 months, causing various disturbances in the family of the plaintiff, the people fled behind the scenes with the 3 year old baby girl among the 2 children of the plaintiff. The plaintiff had filed a complaint in this court as his wife could not bring back the child despite many attempts. But even then the defendants did not file any reply or objection in the case filed by the plaintiff and He did not appear in court. This proves that the defendants are in fact guilty and not respecting the law. As the case filed by the plaintiff could not be disposed of in this court, it was suggested to take recourse to the High Court for realization of his claim.
